Home sellers want buyers
If you know anyone that’s looking to make a move in Irvine area, let me know. We have, right now in our database, 20 000 buyers. And in just the last 24 hours we received 39 new buyer inquiries, searching for a home. So what we do is, when we’re getting ready to list a home, we start advertising for buyers in that area and what ends up happening is we start generating so many buyers so by the time we put the home on the market, we already have a list of buyers, all ready to go, qualified, and looking to buy a home in that area. So, by the time we put that home on the market, we already have qualified buyers who are ready to make offers within the first week or two.
We sell these houses much faster than the average area agent.
